Radical Couplings as Key Steps for the Preparation of Derivatives of Nonactic Acid

Summary. Free radical couplings from furan, as cheap starting material, were studied in view of developing a rapid strategy en route to the synthesis of derivatives of nonactin. The chain containing the alcohol function was introduced in one or two steps in 86% yield. For the introduction of the second chain with the ester function two different coupling methods were tested. Starting from the advanced intermediates obtained nonactin derivatives can be prepared by catalytic hydrogenation of the furan ring.     

Studies on O-,N-Acylation of 3-Hydroxyisoxazole and Their Regioselective Synthesis(Ⅰ)——O-,N-acylation of 5-Methyl-3-hydroxyisoxazole with 2,2-Dimethyl 3-Substituted Cyclopropanecarboxylic Chlorides

The reactions of 5-methyl-3-hydroxyisoxazole with 2, 2-dimethyl, 3-substituted cyclopropanecarboxylic chlorides give O-acyl-5-methyl-3-hydroxyisoxazole and N-acyl-5-methylisoxazolin-3-one derivatives. The ratio of O-acyl to N-acyl product depends upon the acylation reagents. O-acyl derivatives can be converted to the N-acyl compounds by isomerization under acidic conditions or heating.     

Optimization of lantadenes isolation and preparation of 22 β-hydroxyoleanonic acid

The lantadenes fraction from Lantana camara was isolated and transformed to the medicinally important intermediate 22β-hydroxyoleanonic acid. The compound was studied for hepatotoxicity using lantadene A as standard and found to be nontoxic. Published in Khimiya Prirodnykh Soedinenii, No. 4, pp. 357–358, July–August, 2006.

通过2,5-二溴苯乙烯与对甲酰基苯硼酸的Suzuki偶联反应得到2,5-二(4′-甲酰基苯基)苯乙烯.在催化剂量的冰乙酸存在下,与光学纯的(S)-(-)-α-甲基苄胺或(R)-(+)-α-甲基苄胺发生缩和反应,得到了一对手性非外消旋单体,(+)-2,5-二{4-′[(N-(S)-α-甲基苄亚胺基)次甲基]苯基}苯乙烯和(-)-2,5-二{4′-[(N-(R)-α-甲基苄亚胺基)次甲基]苯基}苯乙烯.以偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)或过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)为引发剂,经自由基溶液聚合得到光学活性聚合物.比旋光度、紫外-可见吸收光谱以及圆二色光谱研究表明,聚合物主链可能形成了某一方向占优的稳定螺旋构象,且该螺旋构象的旋光方向与单体的旋光方向相反.聚合条件对聚合物的光学活性有很大影响,在极性较大的芳香族溶剂和较高温度下得到的聚合物具有和单体相差更大的比旋光度.侧基的手性基团脱除后,聚合物仍具有一定的旋光性,说明聚合过程中形成的螺旋手性具有一定的记忆效应.     

BF3-doped polyaniline: A novel conducting polymer

We review the unusual structural, transport and magnetic properties of highly conducting polyaniline, doped with boron trifluoride. Our studies establish the unique conducting state of this system, which is in distinct contrast with the conventional proton-doped polyaniline samples.     

荷移分光光度法测定氨酪酸

氨酪酸(am inobutyric acid),化学名称为γ-氨基丁酸。本品在体内与血氨结合生成尿毒排出体外,有降低血氨及促进大脑新陈代谢的作用,能够增强葡萄糖磷酸酯化酶的活性,利于脑细胞功能的恢复。主要用于脑卒中后遗症、脑动脉硬化症、头部外伤后以及一氧化碳中毒所致昏迷的辅助治疗     

氧化铁浆液脱硫的实验研究与理论分析

本文实验研究了氧化铁浆液在酸性环境下脱除烟气中的二氧化硫气体。实验在一自制的脱硫塔中进行。通过燃烧液化石油气来产生烟气,将氧化铁的超细粉加入水中作为脱硫介质。实验中研究了二氧化硫初始浓度、水气比对脱硫效率的影响。从实验结果可以看出,脱硫率随着水气比的增加而增大;随二氧化硫的初始浓度的增加,其脱硫率呈降低趋势。在文中同时分析了氧化铁浆液的脱硫机理和此方法脱硫的优点以及目前存在的问题。     

Strained silacycle-catalyzed asymmetric Diels-Alder cycloadditions: the first highly enantioselective silicon Lewis acid catalyst

The first highly enantioselective silicon Lewis acid catalyst for an asymmetric organic transformation has been developed. The catalyst derives its activity from the strain induced in the silicon center by virtue of being constrained in a five-membered ring. A simple tridentate ligand has been developed and the derived chlorosilane complex catalyzes the Diels-Alder cycloaddition of methacrolein and cyclopentadiene with 94% ee.     

铽与苯甲酸及其衍生物配合物的合成与发光特性

合成了铽与苯甲酸及其衍生物(苯甲酸、邻苯二甲酸、间苯二甲酸、水杨酸、邻氨基苯甲酸、磺基水杨酸)的配合物。经元素分析确定其组成结构式。研究了它们的红外吸收光谱、紫外吸收光谱及荧光光谱。紫外光谱的研究表明,配合物的紫外吸收主要表现为配体的吸收;红外光谱的研究表明,配合物的红外光谱不同于自由配体的红外光谱;荧光光谱的研究表明,铽与这六个配体的配合物都表现出较好的荧光性能,并发现磺基水杨酸铽配合物在本实验系列中其荧光发射最强。     

Cinnamic acid amides and lignanamides from Aptenia cordifolia

Examination of the hydroalcoholic extract of the leaves of Aptenia cordifolia has afforded three cinnamic acid amides and two lignanamides. Structures were established on the basis of spectroscopic data, including 2D-NMR analyses.
